Patio Pools & Spas has won more local, regional, national and international awards for our design, construction, quality of products and service, and attention to detail than all other swimming pool and spa companies in Southern Arizona combined!

Here are just a few of the awards we have won, but we are proud of every one of them and appreciate this recognition:

Patio Pools Wins Top Master Pools® Guild Awards!

Tucson, Arizona …..Patio Pools & Spas “Builder of Master Pools” has done it yet again winning 12 awards for outstanding design and construction, 4 Gold, 6 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. The awards were presented at the recent International Design Competition sponsored by the Master Pools® Guild, a prestigious association of the best swimming pool and spa builders from around the world. Patio Pools has been a member of this association since 1972.

This year, Patio Pools & Spas took home awards in the residential (both new pool and renovations), semi-public, public and water feature categories! “These awards were all possible because of the outstanding design team and our excellent in-house construction team that supports meticulous construction practices. Most importantly is our clients, who trust us with making their backyard visions complete.” said Mark Ragel President of Patio Pools.

This amazing achievement comes on the heels of another accomplishment. This past December Patio Pools & Spas was presented with a total of six awards by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals. Patio Pools & Spas took 4 gold medals at this international competition, the most number of gold awards presented to any one company at this year’s gala event.

Once again, Mark Ragel credits the superb staff at Patio Pools & Spas as well as their clients for providing opportunity after opportunity to “build the best pools in Southern Arizona – Master Pools!”.

Bronze Medal - Carroll

This pool was designed for a world renowned interior designer. With her growing family needing an oasis in the desert we designed a pool to fit in the natural environment. This pool is highlighted with a series of rock waterfalls working independently from the built in cleaning system.

Bronze Medal - Montesclaros
Designer - Marshall Hill
A conversation pit separated from the rest of the pool by a foot bridge, two large lagoon benches and a separate spa give this homeowner several options for relaxing in their pool. The man-made rock water feature reminds the owner of their home in the islands.

Gold Medal- Gallery Sports Club Pool
Designer - David Acklin
This pool was built with multiple function use. We provided designated lap lanes along with a large shallow lagoon area for kids. The pool also features a water volleyball area along with a water basketball zone. This gorgeous setting highlights the entire sports club.

Bronze Medal - Gallery Sports Club Fountain

The owners of this sports club wished to offer an area of tranquility as well as a beautiful setting for private parties and weddings. The simple elegance of this water feature captures and enhances the serenity and beauty of the surrounding mountains and desert.

Bronze Medal - Saddlebrooke
Designer - Marshall Hill
This homebuilder wanted to maintain the simplicity of a straight line design to compliment the lines of the home. The reverse negative edge creates drama in an otherwise flat yard.

Gold Medal- Thomas
Designer - Mike Sevier
The homeowners wanted outrageous water features. The design incorporates a custom shape spa raised 24" with a 22' negative edge. Three 3HP pumps deliver 450 GPM over the edge generating a stunning wall of water.
