Request Financial Support
To be eligible to apply for funds or sponsorships your organization
must meet the following criteria. If you have questions about your
eligibility please contact us at philanthropy@patiopoolsaz.com.
- All requests for donations will be reviewed with preferential considerations
given to requests made by employees of Patio Pools, organizations and programs
that focus on children and organization recognized by the Internal Revenue
Service (IRS) as an 501(c)3.
- The request will benefit organizations offering services locally to residents
of Pima County or Southern Arizona and/or residents of Pima County and
Southern Arizona.
- Organizations recognized with a 501(c)3 designation will have their request
(if approved) processed through the Patio Pools United Way Philanthropic
Fund.
If your organization meets the above requirements, a written request is
required. The following must be included in the request:
- Information regarding the activity/event you are requesting funds for,
include date, times, locations, etc.
- Your organization’s Tax Identification Number.
- The contact information of the person for this activity/event. Including,
name, address, phone, fax, and email (if applicable).
- An indication if the organization is 501(c)3.
Patio Pools Philanthropic Committee meets on a regular basis
to review requests received. Please allow 6-8 weeks for notice of approval
or declination of request. If your organization requires a more immediate
response, please make note of this on your written request.
