"Commercial" is a broad classification. There are semi-public pools such as pools in apartment or other residential communities or at hotels and motels. There is also a classification for pubic pools which include municipal pools or pools that charge admission to the public. Our experience has shown that the easiest filter to maintain in a commercial pool is a high rate sand filter. There are also very strict backwashing requirements so you should contact our design team to discuss these specific issues.Go to Top

There are some high-efficiency energy-saving pumps and motors available today. Natural gas heating systems are typically only 80% efficient, but there are some newer systems available that will exceed 95% efficiency.Go to Top

Yes, a commercial pool has a much more involved permitting and approval process because there are so many more specific requirements and restrictions. In addition, project duration may be longer due to the sheer size of the project.
