On behalf of my husband Brian and our family, I wanted to write and say THANK YOU so much for your help with the beautiful Patio Pool at our new home in Rancho Vistoso! Having a pool was a dream that seemed a long time coming, until we decided to pick up our east coast roots and move to Tucson. To look out our windows everyday and see the pool with our soothing waterfall, it still seems we're living in a dream world. The team working on the pool has been awesome, and the customer service Patio has provided is rare in this day and age. After all the horror stories we heard back east about having pools installed, we were amazed at how smooth you and your staff made the process. Your people just finished our swimming pool project and with the 70+ degree weather my wife and I have made great use of our new addition.
I wish to compliment you and your organization for a project well done. I chose Patio Pools primarily because all trade skills were in house and not subcontracted. As we met the various crews, they were all very courteous and they all obviously knew their different skills. Our installation was a little different. To get from the street side to the back they had to first get through an 40 inch arched gate, two 90 degree turns over a special coated cement walkway onto which they protected with 4x8 plywood sheets. Your digger crew rose to the challenge. It was at least 100 bobcat runs out to the dump truck.
Mike Sevier designed the pool, which fits perfectly into our location. We of course made some changes along the way, which Mike made happen with ease.
Roy Lewallen was our project manager who was always most courteous. There were gaps in the construction when nothing seemed to happen. I would call Roy, and he would respond immediately giving me a schedule of events and when the crews would arrive.
Working with and watching your different crews do their things was an enjoyable experience.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for building us another great pool! Everyone involved was courteous and professional, but we are especially grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Buzz Scott as our project manager. He took the time to explain procedures, was prompt in returning calls and answering questions, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. It was a pleasure!
