I have just finished filling out the opinion survey that was left for us after the completion of our pool renovation.  I feel, however, that I must go a little further in commenting about the performance of your crews, especially since they went further than was necessary for us.

From the beginning of the project all your workers comported themselves in a highly professional manner.  They did excellent work and they always picked up after themselves (not all contractors do).

After the work was all done, and just before the final visit from Patio Pools, my sand filter broke, spewing sand all over the bottom of the pool.  My wife and I knew that this had nothing to do with the work you had done and didn’t expect you to do anything about it.  Much to my surprise your man brought in a pump and filter assembly on a hand truck, vacuumed up the sand spill and left your unit with us for a few days so that the pool would stay clean while I fixed my own filter.

It speaks well of the people working for you that he did this.  It speaks well of your organization that he felt he could do this – without calling the boss for permission, without rushing the job for fear that he’d be criticized for spending the extra time.

Patio Pools & Spas just completed a project for our pool, which included a major repair and addition of tiles around the deck edge.  We want you to know that from day one; when we initiated the process with sales person Doug McCoy, to its speedy conclusion today, we have been amazed with the professionalism of your employee team.

So often a home repair is fraught with aggravation and surprises.  Your staff has delivered what they promised, when they promised it.  The on-site crew, undaunted by the 100 degree heat, left us with a beautifully tiled – and clean! – pool area.
