After the work was all done, and just before the final visit from Patio Pools, my sand filter broke, spewing sand all over the bottom of the pool. My wife and I knew that this had nothing to do with the work you had done and didn't expect you to do anything about it. Much to my surprise your man brought in a pump and filter assembly on a hand truck, vacuumed up the sand spill and left your unit with us for a few days so that the pool would stay clean while I fixed my own filter.
