"I wanted to let you know about the outstanding customer service I received from Mary in the parts and service department. I came in with a problem with my filter motor. She was patient and very helpful; she took the time to explain why I needed certain parts and what I need to do to reinstall the equipment. I spoke with her again after I got home and she again demonstrated patients when going through the process again. It doesn't stop there. She then called me yesterday afternoon to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. I don't know if this company policy or not but, I felt like she really cared and wanted to make sure I was up and running.
