I would like to take this time to express my gratitude in your companies response to our pool and spa needs.  We are a unique organization with many specials needs to serve our Senior Residents.  We now have two pools and spas with the addition of an indoor therapy center by the end of the year.  The La Vista pool is going to have a new facelift by your company in March and has done step repairs to our Pavilion Pool this past August. 

Jack Quackenbush has been very helpful in establishing repair manuals for our equipment and assisting with the chemical and parts orders.  Service is one of the utmost importance to the Residents and to the Maintenance Department.  Jack has professionally seen to our needs and I hope that we can do business with your company for many years to come.

It is not often that I feel compelled to write about a buying experience but your sales associate, Mary Barber, was exceptional this morning when I came in to purchase a lid for my lint pot.  She was knowledgeable above and beyond friendly, helpful and created a very pleasant experience. In this day of much talk and precious little action, Ms. Barber is a notable exception.  It would be great to enjoy that level of service everywhere- sadly, never going to happen.  You are to be commended on your fine staff, leading to a top-notch reputation for the empire Ragel built.

Over the past few years we have dealt with this store for advice on our Pool and spa.  The service has usually been good but recently we’ve been assisted by your store manager, Matthew Lutz.  I’ve been in business over 36 years and it was always a pleasure to get some positive input from a client.  This is just one of those notes.

Mr. Lutz has that rare combination – First, he is right on target technically, his customer relations skills are way above the norm yet at the same time I sense he has a good feel of what makes a business run – i.e. profits. 

If I was still in business I’d probably attempt to hire him.  On a serious note, this combination of skills seems to be more rare than before.

Please make him aware of my thoughts – he deserves a good pat on the back.

This is just a brief letter to express my gratitude for the manner in which Deone Sottosanti assisted me in the selection and purchase of my new spa cover.  As my old one was developing mold, she was pleased to expedite the delivery of my replacement.

I’ve been buying pool supplies at Patio for many years, and have always been taken by her care and knowledge in helping me select my products.
